Order Cancellation
At e-Copra, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as customer-friendly as possible while ensuring fair treatment for our vendors.
How to Cancel an Order
- Timing: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment. After 24 hours, or once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation request can be accommodated.

Cancellation Fees
- Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will not incur any cancellation fees.
- After 24 Hours: If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but the order has not yet been processed for shipment, a cancellation fee of [Percentage]% of the order value may apply to cover administrative costs.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Eligible Cancellations: If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund (minus any applicable cancellation fees) to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Vendor-Initiated Cancellations

- Other Reasons: Vendors may cancel orders for other reasons, such as errors in pricing or product descriptions. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
